About the Event
After Israeli film critic/analyzer Galit Roichman digs into a film, we find that its characters, plot lines and other cinematic aspects become clearer. Indeed, that film actually takes on a more important significance. On February 6 at 11:00 AM, Galit will analyze the moving drama Lemon Tree, providing valuable insights into one of our Festival's favorites. This 2008 Israeli movie has received nominations for many awards, including Best Actress and Best Screenwriting. It stars Hiam Abbass and Ali Suliman (who also stars in our upcoming Festival movie 200 Meters).
Although we are not able to stream this film, it is available for viewing at Amazon Prime or Apple TV for $3.99.
Admission: $5.00. IJWC Year-round subscription pass holders do not need to purchase tickets or register themselves. They will be automatically registered for the program. Upon registration, you will first receive a confirmation email. An hour before the program begins, we will email the Zoom link you need to join the event. If you don't see these emails, please check your spam/junk folder to retrieve them. We suggest you add "notifications@wixevents.com" to your contacts list as well.
